The New Lenox Mustangs are committed to the health and safety of all our families. At this time, we are planning on having a SPRING 2021 starting March 1st and ending the weekend of May 1st for the Pee Wee, Lightweight and Varsity Divisions for both football and cheer. As a program, we will follow the guidelines established by our local and state governments to the best of our ability during this very fluid time.
Players who did not register with us in the Fall 2020 and desire to play Spring 2021, should go on line and register. Anyone who registered with us for Fall 2020 is not go online to register, simply attend on Feb 21st. All registered players with one guardian must come on Feb. 21st to complete the registration proceess. Helmets and shoulder pads will also be distributed at this event. Due to attendance guidelines, we have established time frames, per division. All attendees must wear a mask to enter the building. We ask for your patience as we move through the process as quickly as posible. Families with multiple players may attend at the same time.
Registration on Feb. 21st at New Lenox Community Park District, 1 Manor Drive, New Lenox
Varsity - 10-11:30am
Lightweights- noon -1:30pm
Pee Wee - 2-3:30pm
Ages of players remain determined as of 9/1/20 for Spring 2021. The weights have been adjusted by an increase of 8 pounds across all levels and ages for the Spring 2021 season ONLY, above the posted weight matrix, posted at the bottom of this page. This was done in the hope most players will be able to remain within the same division as last Fall. If not, we will simply move up a divison, except Varsity.
In the event you applied your Fall 2020 fees to the Spring 2021 Season and now are electing to not play, you must come on February 21st to obtain your refund.
If interested in cheer, please contact Tracy.
On-line registration for the FALL 2021 Season will soon be available for NEW and RETURNING players and cheerleaders!
We look forward to a great 2021 FALL season!

TAKE THE PLEDGE
The New Lenox Mustangs have "taken the pledge" to make Football a better, safer game. The Mustangs have yet again opted into the Heads Up Football program with USA Football (www.usafootball.com) the NFL's safety and training program. All of the Mustangs coaches are USA Football trained and certified as we work hard to ensure the proper fundamentals are taught to our youth to protect them.
The Southwest Midget Football league has implemented a 3 level tier football development program as recommended by USA football.
New in 2018 is Rookie Football at the Mighty Mite level (8 on 8)
